Ximena is an Experienced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Instructor initially trained in the Sivananda Yoga tradition. Her teaching style, distilled from more than two decades of practice, combines intense physical energy with compassionate guidance. In her classes and seminars, she includes yoga lessons to encourage positive changes in daily life. Ximena is featured in the television series Aire Yoga, shown daily on PBS’s Spanish-language network V-me and is also a faculty member of Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, the most trusted source for wellness and personal growth in the U.S. She is also the director of Buen Karma Yoga & Vegan Culinary School in Nicaragua, a center that promotes yoga and a vegan diet in her country.
